Kahuna Temple Style

This Hawaiian style massage is performed with oil applied in long flowing rythmical motions. The soft part of the forearm is used for long sweeping strokes improving circulation within the body both physically and energetically
Heartworks Lomi Lomi Massage

This beautiful dance like style of massage is rythmic and flowing, and is performed using tai chi like movements. This massage incorporates the Hawaiian concept of aloha, which means love, unification and breath, and promotes personal harmony.
Lomi lomi treats the body as a 'whole'and is great for moving unstuck energy within the body and energy field and can be adjusted for all kinds of pressure preferences.

Usui Shiki Ryoho reiki is the original form that began in Japan, derived from findings in transcripts that date back to 2500 years ago. Reiki can be translated into 'spirit' and 'energy' and will be accessed by your practitioner during your treatment and applied using a series of hands on and hands off positions. Reiki is used to treat the person as a whole including the body, spirit, emotions and the mind. Its any wonder people have reported both mystical and miraculous experiences.
Energy healing / guide work

I believe that everyone comes into this lifetime armed with the assistance of their own set of spirit guides or helpers.
During this session we begin by doing a breif guided meditation before inviting the assistance of your helpers to direct the practitioner to 'whichever healing you most need at this point in time.'
Chakra alignment and balancing

The word 'chakra' is a sanskrit term which means 'wheel' or 'disk.' During your treatment we will address the 7 main spinning wheels of energy that start at the base of the spine and align at the crown of head. A crystal pendulum is held over each chakra and allowed to move as it will. It will then follow the energy of that chakra, this allows the practitioner to assess its strength and functionality

During our treatments a selection of crystals are chosen and placed on and around the body with the focused intent of balancing and harmonising. As we are all differen't each session will differ depending on the individuals needs, including the assistance of crystal gridding, the crystal devas, essences and or the use of a pendulum.
